LATINO FAMILY NIGHT - Wednesday, February 4th
You are invited to Latino Family Night this Wednesday, February 4th from 6-8 PM in the library. All Latino students and family members are invited to attend. This is an opportunity to address the needs of students to assure their success in school and to listen to the ideas and concerns of students and families. The staff at West Seattle High School values your collaboration and we hope to continue to build positive and supportive relationships with our families.
Dinner and childcare will be provided.

The End of Course Exam “Make-Ups” for Algebra, Geometry, and Biology are happening the first week of February. Passage of these exams is a graduation requirement! These exams are for all 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students who have never taken or have not yet passed these exams. Students from out of state and private schools must also pass these exams or provide proof of previously passing approved tests.
· Algebra Exam is Tuesday February 3rd
· Geometry Exam is for Seniors Only on Wednesday February 4th
· Biology Exam is Thursday February 5th
All exams begin promptly at 8:00 AM.
Students should check in with their first period teacher before reporting to the Theater for testing.

Parents of next year 9th graders - please come check out our wonderful school. Here are the details:
Date: February 24
Students are welcome to attend as well - if accompanied by parent/guardian.
We will introduce key school and 9th grade staff and give tours of the building.
This will be similar to the evening event that was held in December (minus the panels and the Curriculum Fair)
